I've known Tony both as a fellow writer and as an occasional client for twenty years, and his advice has always been directed towards the simplest most direct and cost-effective path to obtaining the best result possible in each situation, whether for a house settlement, or advising on a copyright infringement of a creative work, or how to de-escalate a dispute over a neighbour's barking dog.
